3rd Class went on a tour to the Irish Waterways Museum in Grand Canal Dock on Fri 23rd Oct. We learned about the flora and fauna that grow and live around the canals and rivers of Ireland. We went on a walking tour around the Grand Canal Basin, saw a working Lock and saw some points of interest along the way, including U2’s recording studio and Boland’s Mills.
