Thank you to Ms Seoighe and Ms Russell, our class teachers, our dedicated choir and to our parish team and parents for helping to make this day such a special event. We were so proud of our Second Class children, they were so well prepared, read so clearly and showed such respect and reverence.
On Friday, April 24th, the whole school went for a walk together, to the Bog Meadow. Later, each class spent time in our outdoor classroom areas, enjoying the beautiful sunshine, surrounded by nature.
On Tuesday, April 21st, children from 5th and 6th class went to the National Stadium in Dublin for The Big Sing. Before going, the children spent many weeks rehearsing, learning over 15 songs – some with dance moves, some with sign language and one with polish lyrics!
