It was an early start for our Relay Teams on 4th November as we took the bus at 8:30am to head to Avondale for the Wicklow Invitational Cross Country Relays. We had a great day out. It was wonderful to be out in the fresh air, running and competing. All our children ran their best, were cheering and screaming for their friends and fellow school teams and were so well behaved. We were very proud of them. They were such a credit to themselves, their parents and their teachers. Thank you all and a very special thank you to Theresa Kinane and her team for making the schools competition happen. We really appreciate your efforts. 4th Class boys brought home the Silver Medal 🥈; 3rd Class Girls 🥉, 4th Class Girls 🥉 and 5th Class Girls 🥉 all brought home medals for 4th place. Our other teams were just outside of the medals with 5th Class boys finishing 5th; 6th Class girls finishing 6th; 6th Class boys finishing 6th and 3rd Class boys finishing 8th.
