Well done to the children in 4th Class who win the Golden Boot this term. An amazing 74% of them used green modes of travel on their journey to school this term! Overall, 57% of the children took part in Walk on Wednesday since September – 14% walked to school; 38% parked and strode; 6% carpooled or travelled by bus; and less than 1% cycled or scooted. Do continue to use green methods of travel over the coming year but remember to wear a reflective armband/bag or hi-viz clothing during the darker days to come.
