This month 2nd Class enjoyed the sunshine while mapping the local businesses. We discussed the type of businesses we have in our local area.

2nd Class enjoyed making St. Brigid’s Day crosses and welcoming their special Grandparents to their classroom this month.
Many thanks to Ms. Seoighe for organising our wonderful Musical Assembly. Everyone was amazed to see so many talented young musicians, bravely perform in front of the whole school. Well done to all.
December saw 2nd class testing, in Science, which material was the best insulator. We found that fleece, sponge and cotton pads were the most successful insulators and created our own Santa suits with this information in mind to keep him warm on Christmas Eve.
