We are unbelievably proud of the 15 swimmers who represented our school at the Leinster Minor Schools Swimming Championships on Sunday 19th January 2025, in the National Aquatic Centre, Blanchardstown. On Wednesday, January 8th, Fifth Class prepared a World Day of Peace Assembly for the whole school.
We had lots of Christmas fun in school this week – movie time with hot chocolate, outdoor games, break time disco, buddy games and storytime, decoration activities and lots more…..
Well done to our 5th Class children who win the Golden Boot this term, with 83% of them participating in Walk on Wednesday. On November 21st, four Temple Carrig School, Politics and Society students along with their teacher, John McGuinness, visited the school to teach 5th and 6th class about the Irish electoral system. They returned on November 28th to run a mock election for the classes.
