Primary Movement

Primary Movement is a unique movement programme which seeks to replicate the early movements of the foetus and to enhance the maturation of the central nervous system. In a number of formal research studies, it has been shown to have an impact on the educational attainments of children.

The Primary Movement Programme is a 10 minute slow movement exercise which is taught by all the class teachers on a daily basis.

This programme has been running successfully in the school for many years.
