The children in 5th Class are investigating electricity at the moment and have made simple circuits and switched circuits. Have a look at our budding scientists in action.  

Eco Safari

In September. we planted Spring bulbs on our school grounds – daffodils, tulips, anemone, irises, hyacinths, snowdrops & crocii. On Thursday last, we planted vegetables in recyled tyres that Peter had painted – peas, beans, beetroot, potatoes, chives & carrots. Eason Spelling Bee

Well done to Mairéad Roche (5th Class), our school spelling champion, who represented the school at the Co. Wicklow Final of the 2018 Eason Spelling Bee in Avoca on Tuesday, 17 April. Mairéad came in joint second place! 

Incredible Edibles!

The children in 5th Class have started the Incredible Edibles project.  Incredible Edibles is a healthy eating initiative for Primary School pupils.
